Well, thank you, Miss Crow! It's just a yellow ducky, nothing fancy, but it's sweet of you to say so. Oh, yes, blowing eggs. My problem is getting a recipe to use all the eggs I've emptied to decorate.
I love the little duck he's gorgeous -I heard a chef on radio today with this recipe- you blow out the eggs wash them out with vinegar then use a syringe to fill them with maderia cake mixture and bake .You crack them open and eat!!Personally Icould'nt be bothered too much like hard work
Love your Easter egg. I made real Easter Eggs and decorated them for my kids and they loved them. That was years ago. I also took the real egg and painted it, glued it to a painted wooden stand and the egg inside dried up. Didn't stink at all. I still have it. I made it in 1990. Have A Great Day Creating, Fran
I think as long as the shell stays whole, the egg inside will just dry up, like yours did. I empty mine out because I hang them on my Fairy Tree and if they were still full, they'd be too heavy! You have an egg from 1990? That's a 12 year old egg! Thank you for popping in, Fran. Happy Easter.
I'm here...told you I would be.... ;o) Ok - you DREW that FREEHAND??? I'm jealous. But I can blow out an egg! ;o) Love it! Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

DeleteOoh, yes. The egg cup cake. I've seen a few recipes, but what's a fairy cake with no icing? Now, an eggshell full of chocolate, now that's something!
