OMG...that is so realistic. My son said it's done by computer imaging fed into a laser machine thingy and all that complicated stuff. He is an photographer/film maker/artist and knows all that kinda stuff. You should see what he can create just using his iPad never mind a computer program. Way over my head:)
I had heard abut this, but I had not seen it yet, it's fabulous!! I am typing on a Mac and never going back....Love it!!Carol
I remember there was a lot of coverage of the laser face scanner thingy when they were making action figures of the Lord of the Rings actors way back. I still have a Faramir and a Legolas face-down in a box somewhere and I have to admit, I was impressed by the realism they could create on what was a mass-produced plastic figure.Maybe I should do a tutorial on altering dollar store action figures into something with more significance. Hubby still has the one I made him as a Valentine.
Wow! He looks like he could speak or blink! You doll artists just amaze me.BTW, still making only short forays online owing to tech issues with my Mac. Have yet to find a solution.Take careRose
Oh my heck....NO WAY!!! Thanks for sharing this awesomeness...(I'm not sure I'm still believing it's a doll though....) Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin
